• Offer letter issuance; contract issuance, placements, preparation of new joiners list.

• Update employee’s master info, and employee portal on monthly basis.
• Handling solely complete operational process of compensation and benefit section including preparation, checking, verification of OPD & IPD health insurance medical claims and their Input sheets, dependents sheet and annual limit utilization sheet during the each fiscal year for smooth Payroll processing along with complete support on special medical cases while their stay in a hospital.

This program consists of defining competencies required for the target audience to work as current & future leadership within organization; a comprehensive program of nationwide workshops to train target audience on the required competencies; and detailed online “Leadership Assessment” to weigh their skill level on the competencies.
